How long does it takes to process & ship orders?
All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day

Will you ship my order USPS?
Yes, we can ship within the United States via the US Postal Service. You must present a PO Box as the delivery address for our US Postal shipping calculator to be activated. We ship into Canada via the US Postal Service however the website will offer Global Express Rates only. If you would like USPS Airmail parcel post delivery you must make a request for this service within the Comment Box of our order form. Please be advised a brokers fee and duties may be due upon delivery by the recipient of the package.

What is your warranty return policy?
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty . We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds). The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your credit after it has been applied to your account. IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process. To get a RA number please contact us by e-mail and there will be a e-mail that follows with a 'Return Authorization number,when you have finished the RA form you will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tampa, Florida . Regular ground shipments take from 7 to 10 business days depending on your location

Do you ship merchandise outside the USA
Yes, we just starting offering this service in August, all request for orders outside the USA, please send a e-mail request to info@bargincityusa.com, with the product that you would like to purchase and we will obtain a quote on the shipping and advise you of the charges and if you still want to order we'll send you a request to make the purchase via e-mail.
